Day 1
It's 11:28am and I am totally sick of crab sticks already. I have another batch of crap sticks to last me through the day but I'm eager to dash up to M&S to see what I can possibly substitute these for.
I can tell this is going to be tough, although I am optimistic at this stage.

15:56pm - Aside from obviously being very busy at work, I have been researching this 'Attack Phase' and discovered the famous Galette recipe. So I dashed out to Victoria at lunch time and bought some oat bran from Holland & Barratt and plan to make a batch tonight at home and freeze some for the next few days.
But for lunch I looked through Pret and EAT and all the other lunch shops on the high street and nothing really caters for the Dukan diet, aside from Sashimi and it'll be a very expensive diet if I decide to go down that route. Maybe I'll treat myself tomorrow to it, but today I settled for plain cooked chicken breast and fat free Greek style yogurt. It's not as bad as I thought really... I'm not peckish as I normally am around this time and I like that. Still feeling optimistic :o)
